SwilERP for Supply Chain Management

We have been using SWIL's services since 2008. We first had Unisolve and then switched to RetailGraph after GST was implemented and the market demanded more features. The workings of RetailGraph have been amazing, it's easier to use, and runs quite smoothly. I really like the product query feature that leads you straight to all the desired details regarding the product. We can custom select/unselect the criteria we want to look into and have the desired report presented to us. It's a beneficial and most used feature for us. Overall RetailGraph is quite perfect and I'd like to see the same being kept up

We have been working on RetailGraph for 5 years now. We have used various other software too but we can confidently sayRetailGraph is better than any other software out in the market. The features and small to small details it has is very helpful in the Pharma business as it helps to keep exact track of products. The customer care service is very fast and polite too. We have been a part of SWIL Family, using their Unisolve software for 24 years and RetailGraph software for 3 years now and are so happy with both of them. Unisolve is absolutely the best and RetailGraph carries it forward. The interface is so easy to grasp and learn. We have 17 users in total and 2 branches that work on SWIL software and it runs so smoothly even at rush hours. We really feel like a family with SWIL as the customer agents are super polite in their behavior and quickly solve the problem like NIlesh JI and Pooja ji.
