No, To get marketing privileges like getting leads from company, training support, digital marketing support & more. It is required that partner has a deposit of minimum 36000 + %GST. If partner wants to register sales at any other margin then silver partner margin then they must have a deposit with the company. Deposit plays role in number of factors & is required for a healthy relationships with the partners.
Deposit is refundable if partner hasn't done any implementation, sales or collected any ARC (Annual Renewal Cost) from the market, then deposit will be refunded after thoroughly confirming of no outstanding dues.

SWIL has always offered mobile applications, however, we are currently introducing a brand new suite which is phasing out the last generation of mobile apps. What mobile apps, we are going to offer is right now undisclosed but it will be exciting for customers.
Customization is required because it allows us to provide features to customer outside our stock product exactly as per customer's business requirements. Most customization requested are not required in the general product & done on order by corporate business team not development department, thus are not included in base price of the product.
Minimum margin of 10% to Partner is applied for customization done by Swil but if partner learns to do the customization & implementation by themselves we'll reverse the margins in that case.
Not directly, we provide SwilERP to customers who are working with an e-commerce provider. Thus SwilERP becomes strong backend to any third party e-commerce platform either through APIs. This is a completely separate dealing like customizations and not included in stock software.
