Secondly, our pricing tables are not set with the expectation that the partner is supposed to sell software for free. They are especially set to consider partners' cost-to-income ratio. We ensure that prices are reasonable and that it challenges partners to offer the best solution at a price that customers can afford but not so low that it affects their profit potential. Sometimes a business partner is not comfortable working in a segment; freedom of choice to work in their specialty is not limited by the software they're selling. We know that India's average buyer always negotiates & can't resist urging to negotiate at whatever MRP you quote them. Even if you are selling at the lowest prices currently in the market, you've been forced to offer even a small discount for the satisfaction of the average buyer in India. Our price list ensures that even after that discount they were reluctant to offer, our partners earn a respectful profit on each sale. Margin sharing with partners on sales/service completely depends on the partners' partnership agreement. Policies will not vary across channels & product margins will be offered equally according to their partnership type.

Notification.

Partners do not have the rights to purchase ARC (Annual Renewal Cost) of another SWIL partner's customer until SWIL grants explicit permission. SWIL only takes such action at the customer's direct request to the company with reason, or SWIL finds out about any malicious activity done by the partner that affects SWIL's business or violates the partnership agreement.

Once you contact us, we will organize a meeting to explain our software solution and help you to achieve business goals. Further, we will execute a partnership agreement and provide support with training, marketing materials, sales, implementation, and ongoing customer support.
It depends. As with any software sale, your level of commitment will determine your revenue projections.
  • * New or old partners can request training from channel sales team. We have area sales managers, business development executives & even training executives at HO to help/support with partner training onsite.
  • * Depending on your training requirement of online or local, you can schedule appropriate training sessions for you & your staff.
  • * Continuous webinars or on demand are good ways to get trained in products but options like YouTube & SwilDESK knowledge base articles are a solid way to get familiar & a continuous source of information at your own time.

Implementation & support services are available through support teams, easily reachable by creating a ticket on swildesk.com & sharing the ticket number with your SPOC in company. Sales & also Implementation support is available through channel sales team which also includes field teams like BDE/ASMS.

We provide marketing support to partner at 50% cost sharing, which includes printing materials, partner/client meets etc. Same can be confirmed by VP Channel Sales on case by case basis. Marketing support isn’t limited to just cost sharing, we also cover the filling points.

However, no human resource cost employed under partner payroll is shared by SWIL. Partner is responsible for payroll of all the human resource employed under them. If Swil employs marketing executive or door to door salesmen in the area, SWIL covers their payroll & tasks them at SWIL's descration not partners.

No, To get marketing privileges like getting leads from company, training support, digital marketing support & more. It is required that partner has a deposit of minimum 36000 + %GST. If partner wants to register sales at any other margin then silver partner margin then they must have a deposit with the company. Deposit plays role in number of factors & is required for a healthy relationships with the partners.

  • * Deposit also ensures credit limit for the partner, which required for purchasing in partner portal. Deposit amount can be increased, if partner wants higher purchasing limit.

Deposit is refundable if partner hasn't done any implementation, sales or collected any ARC (Annual Renewal Cost) from the market, then deposit will be refunded after thoroughly confirming of no outstanding dues.


Referral Only - Silver partner is not authorized to collect any amount on behalf of SWIL or SWIL's authorized partners until explicitly authorized by authorized by platinum partner.

SWIL is free to make partners in all regions, even in regions with partner present. This is however done with few points in mind.

  • * Since SWIL can service 30 segments multiplied by verticals, the potential for business for any partner & saturation point of potential business in the area /region is too high for a single partner to achieve.
  • * Through our studies, we've understood that partners tend build their own specialty when selling SwilERP & thus start focusing on specialty then try to capture all 80 segments & verticals.

Yes, we provide all our gold, platinum & silver partners, partner portal where they can purchase & manage licenses with reports configured for them.

SwilERP is an ERP made with the intent that any kind of business in retail or distribution or chain stores can be incorporated & implemented for. Companies with multiple locations, or multiple companies, or multiple companies with multiple locations or large retail chain with single or multiple warehouse location can all be incorporated. Pricing table of SwilERP has been created with utmost care, we ensure that customer doesn't pay anything extra by creating bundles like if they want multi company & we don't sell them welcome kit to add the extra company. Why Join SWIL's Channel Partner Network 5 Quotations are approved by Corporate business for clients with complex business requirements aka more than 1 store location.

We offer multicompany but we call it extra location/branch. It is a paid option available with us. We don't include multicompany option in our pricing since it encourages piracy & other issues. Multicompany option required by business is willing to pay too since they know, they'll request even more functionality along with that option later.

Pricing is set after analysis of extra user pricing set by other competing softwares, since we are not dealing SwilERP in only 1 segment. The competing products dealing in multiple segments' prices are much higher than ours, thus we are achieving our initial intention of providing a competitive pricing in the industry. We don't want to sell cheap, we want to sell competitive.

Users mean the no. of computers simultaneously logged in on a single database of SwilERP. So for example, if 2 computers are used in a store then 1 extra user is required.

No, SwilERP is our flagship product with a continuous development ongoing. Keeping in mind of growing costs of maintaining product & services, we will not reduce pricing of any element in SwilERP pricing table. Prices will only increase if ever as we continue forward not decrease.

SWIL has always offered mobile applications, however, we are currently introducing a brand new suite which is phasing out the last generation of mobile apps. What mobile apps, we are going to offer is right now undisclosed but it will be exciting for customers.

Customization is required because it allows us to provide features to customer outside our stock product exactly as per customer's business requirements. Most customization requested are not required in the general product & done on order by corporate business team not development department, thus are not included in base price of the product.

Minimum margin of 10% to Partner is applied for customization done by Swil but if partner learns to do the customization & implementation by themselves we'll reverse the margins in that case.

Not directly, we provide SwilERP to customers who are working with an e-commerce provider. Thus SwilERP becomes strong backend to any third party e-commerce platform either through APIs. This is a completely separate dealing like customizations and not included in stock software.

Yes, SwilERP supports 80+ industries for retail, distribution and chain store.

Your partner agreement will specify your defined sales territory. You can sell software outside your area provided we know it and you are registered for it.
